The project envisages the creation of a modern pig farm on a 2-hectare land plot with year-round production and a target capacity of 10,000 heads per year. The main goal is to build an efficient, bio-safe and controlled production facility based on Danish technology, with a focus on high productivity, transparent accounting and consistent product quality.
A key feature of the project is the involvement of a Danish partner who will be able to implement a turnkey solution: from technological concept and design to equipment supply/selection, production start-up, and staff training. We are committed to implementing practices that are standard in Denmark: strict biosafety protocols, separation of clean/dirty areas, control of people and traffic flows, ventilation and microclimate systems, standardized operating procedures (SOPs), and KPI-based management.
The project is seen as a commercially scalable business with expansion potential. At the start, it is planned to create the basic infrastructure: production facilities (depending on the model - fattening or combined cycle), feed and storage areas, technical facilities, sanitary facilities, water supply, power supply and backup solutions, internal roads, disinfection and logistics areas. A special emphasis is placed on environmental and regulatory requirements: organization of manure/waste management, minimization of odors, compliance with veterinary and sanitary standards, and preparation of documentation for legal operation.
A partner from Denmark is needed not only as a "technology provider" but also as an operational co-founder/key integrator who:
develop a technological model (fattening or full cycle) and optimal planning of the complex;
prepare equipment specifications (ventilation, feeding, watering, microclimate, automation);
develop feeding programs, veterinary protocols and quality control standards;
implement an accounting and management system (batches, growth, conversion, decline, costs);
will train the team and provide launch support during the first months of operation (recommended 6-12 months).
The format of cooperation provides for flexibility: a joint project through participation in an LLC (with a partner's share) or a turn-key contract model with long-term service support and motivation tied to the achievement of production targets is possible. For a potential partner, the project is interesting because it allows them to scale Danish expertise to a new market, consolidate their presence in Ukraine, and get a stake in a business with real assets and production facilities.
